Q. Please explain the issue:
A. There’s a piece of undeveloped land on Maple St that I believe is City owned. It is overgrown and partially blocking the sidewalk, making that walkway impassable for someone in a wheelchair, stroller, walker. Also, inviting for people to dump their debris or trash. Can the City clean this up ir if privately owned notify the owner to maintain their property?
