Description

Property owners at 99 Essex st. Do not clear the snow on the sidewalk from Willow St around the corner opposite Deering. Last year was the same story. Dangerous walking hazard as you have to go into the street. Please address. As they operate the 2 parking lots for the complex I believe this is their responsibility.
