This is in regards to the manhole cover that was fixed in December on Franklin Street. The issue still remains with a constant noise vibrating through our toilets when a car passes over it. The manhole itself doesn't make a lot of noise, it's the noise that vibrates underground into our home.

The timing with the noise, and a car going over this particular manhole is a perfect match, and I have supplied a video during rush hour in the morning.

Is there anyway this manhole could be covered or removed. It seems after the construction was done on this street to widen the sidewalks, cars have no choice but to constantly drive over this cover more so than before.
